Absolutely amazing. Went there with partner and freinds for an early bday trip. Received a lovely welcome letter and cake, service was out standing and the pool was just magnificent. Will go back for sure. Really happy i stayed and am an accor member ☺️

It was my first trip to Bali. The room, the beach, and the bar were all perfect. The number of options you get for breakfast is truthfully impressive. Every time I visit the Concierge desk, Artana and the team greeted me with my name and they made me feel at home 🙏

Very nice people, food is superb we will definitely coming back here! No if and buts 😊

It's my first time travelling abroad, so I'm not sure where to begin, but certainly, I would like to express my gratitude to the Sofitel Hotel in Nusa Dua Bali for making our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed our stay in the plunge-equipped room, which was well worth the money spent. To top it off, we were welcomed to our room with two delicious chocolates, one for my husband's birthday and the other for our wedding anniversary. There are no words to express our happiness. We had dinner at Toya Bar & Grill on our first night and met the staff of their restaurant, which is ate Widyan, kuya Ekah, and Eric. They were the servers who accommodated us and were very helpful and friendly, and we had a lot of laughs about things, including me being identified as Indonesian, which I don't mind hehe thank you again guys 💕 oh! Before I forget about the food, it was a very nice surprise I haven’t tried Indonesian food before so I really enjoyed it here! 😋

This is our first time back to Bali after 29 years celebrating our wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. The service and the atmosphere is just beautiful. Upon entering our room we noticed the room was decorated with rose petals and a platter of fruit with a cake and a beautiful message written on the table. Thank you team Sofitel and Ria for your beautiful and outstanding service and hospitality, you made us feel very special.
